Void Filler

I was reading in the Book of Genesis this morning and just in awe of God's mindset. He made sure that the void of earth was filled. He gave everything a purpose and what I noticed, was that He did not leave anything undone. Then I noticed that He could have done everything in one day, but He spread the work out. He also rested, blessed and gave dominion.

After everything we needed and still use to this day was prepared for us, then came man on the scene. As if that wasn't sufficient enough, God then gave Adam help when He saw that there was going to be a void without her. There has never been a time when God did not fill an area of our lives that was lacking.

A bag of groceries purchased, a twenty dollar bill laying on the ground, that doesn't seem to belong to anyone. A friend with a word in due season, a job opening, a prayer answered just in time are all examples of a void being filled. God has from the beginning provided, will provide and won't stop providing what He see's that is void in our lives. The thing about a void being filled by God, is that in our unwillingness to see it God's way, we try to avoid what He is trying to fill the void with. God help us to allow you to be our void filler!
