To die, I don't know if you believe in God or not, or whether you know that this scripture is in the bible. But it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:1. There are a lot of people who don't believe in the bible, but I think that we can agree that there is a set time for everyone to be born and for everyone to die. The good thing about being born is that there is a due date, so there is time for preparation for the life that is coming into the world.
Death on the other hand is something that we refuse to even think about, as though it is something that only happens to other people. Make no mistake that death if it hasn't already, will come to your house. The question is, will you be as prepared for it as you were for the births that happened in your life? Why should you even be thinking about death? Maybe because no man or woman knows their date of death, with that fact in mind you ought to prepare for it as if it could come at any time.
How do you prepare for death?
By giving your life to the one who gave you your very breath. Ask Jesus Christ, the one who hung, bled and died for your sins into your heart today. Repent of your sins right where you are and tell Him that you believe in Him and ask Him to save your sin sick soul. Now I realize that some things are hard to believe, especially when you can't see them with your own eyes, but in Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made (you), even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.
So, as the scriptures have stated, you don't have an excuse to not believe in an invisible God, because the things that are visible testify of His existence. Lastly and finally, what will not being prepared look like?!
