The Learned!

Remember when you were a child and loved to learn new things, whether it was at home, school or wherever you happened to be? Then you got older and were able to decide for yourself what specifically you wanted to learn about or maybe you just learned a life lesson. Once you acquired the knowledge, you were so excited that you couldn’t wait to share with someone else what you learned.

Being the word girl that I am, I looked up the meaning of learn on Google. The first definition was, gain or acquire knowledge of or skill in (something) by study, experience, or being taught. The second definition was, teach (someone). Both of these definitions are verbs, so that means that action is required.

There are so many ways to learn as a believer, our job is to always be learning from the word, from everyday experiences that God reveals to us and from those who came before us. But especially from Jesus, who said to learn from Him (Matthew 11:29). What knowledge have you acquired that you could then teach someone else? No pressure, but it is our responsibility to not only learn but to learn someone else!!
